  • Understanding your needs :

    Our specialists interact with the client to understand the job requirement in terms of skill-set, experience, academic qualifications, specialized training, etc. In addition we perform an exhaustive Human Job Analysis (HJA) for the position with the client’s HR department and the department where the position exists.

  • Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) :

    Based on the Human Job Analysis we conduct a scientific profiling of shortlisted candidates to ensure a perfect fit. The benefits to the employer are :

    • Behavioral traits otherwise unknown through a conventional selection process are evaluated.
    • A complete fit between the job and the person selected is obtained
    • Comfort level is optimized for the person and the organization thereby increasing chances of success for both, ensuring an effective and long term relationship.
  • Employer – Candidate interface :

    Our team works very closely with the client organization and for each position we endeavor to recommend a maximum of 3 suitable candidates for each position. Dates and time for the interview are carefully planned with all concerned.
